Question wording: “How often do you take the trouble to separate waste, e.g. glass, metal, plastic, paper, etc, for recycling? How often do you take the trouble to buy fruit and vegetables which have been grown without the use of pesticides or other chemicals? And how often do you restrict driving for the sake of the environment? (only car-owners; N: 1040) How often do you reduce energy and fuel consumption in your home for the sake of the environment? How often do you save water or re-use it several times for the sake of the environment? And how often do you go without buying certain products for the sake of the environment?”
