Employment security: index from 0 (no security) to 100 (max. security) based on various questions about employment security and unemployment risk. Question wording: Satisfaction at work: ‘My income is high’, ‘My opportunities for advancement are high’, ‘My job is interesting’, ‘In general, how would you describe relations at your workplace… between management and employees? … between workmates/ colleagues?’.
