Question wording: “How safe do you or would you feel if you are or were to be walking alone in your neighbourhood after dark?” Scale from 1 (very safe) to 4 (very unsafe).
Educational level: low: ISCED 0-2 (compulsory schooling, pre-vocational training); intermediate: ISCED 3-4 (apprenticeship, matura); high: ISCED 5-6 (higher vocational education, university, other tertiary).
