What is important for being considered an adult? - By country 2006

Definitions/comments: Percentages correspond to respondents who considered the role to be a (very) important one.

Question wording: ‘To be considered an adult how important is it for a man/a woman … to have left the parental home? … to have a full-time job? … to have lived with a spouse or partner? … to have become a father/mother?’.

Answer categories: ‘not at all important’, ‘not important’, ‘neither important nor unimportant’, ‘important’, ‘very important’.
