Unemployed in % of econ. active population by country 1980–2006 (internat. definition)

Definitions/comments: standardised unemployment rate from OECD. Unemployed persons (international definition): persons who have no work, are seeking a job and are ready to begin working. Economically active population: employed persons and unemployed persons.
